Shop Policies

Payments:

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and gift cards. All purchases must be paid for before we ship items. 
     -North Carolina residents: 7% sales tax is automatically calculated on orders shipping to NC.

Everything from our shop will be shipped from Harrisburg, NC. We ship all around the world. Our shipping process and times are listed under each product. Insurance is available for your purchase.

Items are made to order. Please contact us if you need items delivered by certain date. We will try to accommodate every request. 


SHIPPING:

- Copper Expression Pennies will ship the day after you place your order.
- Personalized Items: Current turn around time is 3-4 business days BEFORE shipping.
- Custom Presse Pennies: Current turn around time is 4-5 weeks.

Please order early to insure you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information. 


DOMESTIC ORDERS: Orders shipped within the U.S. will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. All domestic packages are NOT insured. If you would like to add insurance or tracking (delivery confirmation) to your package for an additional fee please let me know.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office, FedEx, UPS. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please let us know. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by the carrier, we cannot provide a refund. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For International Orders we ship USPS first class international. We cannot provide a tracking number. Our experience tells us that arrival time is 1-4 weeks depending on your location. All international packages are NOT insured. If you would like to insure your package for an additional fee please let me know. PLEASE BE AWARE: per USPS policy an international package can take up to 90 days to receive. A report can not be filled with USPS until after 90 days. I can not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Also please be aware I do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please educate yourself on your counties customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. Every county varies. Thank you!


Refunds and Exchanges:

I want you to feel like your experience in my shop is just like going to any other of your favorite places you know and love. Always knowing you will be greeted with a smile and a friendly helping hand when needed. So, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately, I am happy to work out an arrangement to your satisfaction.

All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
